  • Consult client on best practices for in-store digital signage deployment
  • Organize pilot (if required)
  • Develop player nomenclature in the NEOCAST® server software for ease of build out and management of digital signage network.
  • Configure network of players for full roll-out
  • Establish and maintain multiple player groupings for ease of campaign distribution
Network Operations & Management

Real Digital Media (RDM) offers network operations and management services to customers who are deploying a digital signage network using NEOCAST® products. These services include:
  • Monitor health of network and broadband connectivity and usage
  • Monitor status of players
  • Manage new player additions
  • Provide remote upgrade of all players in network as new firmware released
  • Create problem notification system to alert dispatch units in case of network interruption
  • Manage communications between RDM and client technical and support team
  • Provide network logs and reports
