Real Digital Media (RDM) offers content management services to customers who have deployed a digital signage network using NEOCAST® products. These services include:

  • Oversee content development efforts with assigned production house/ad company/content provider
  • Assign system access privileges to assigned production house/ad company/content provider for content upload
  • Receive, upload and store content files in supported formats from production house/ad company/content provider
  • Review files for quality and compliance with network standards
  • Develop content file nomenclature in the NEOCAST® server software for ease of management and search of content by those responsible for campaign management
  • Create playlists based on client requests for campaign distribution
  • Assign playlists to players on network for campaign distribution
  • Schedule playlists for distribution across network
  • Add/delete content, modify playlists as specified by client
  • Provide content playout logs and reports
