The NEOCAST® Media Player Z is the high definition digital signage media player from Real Digital Media. Designed solely to store and play digital signage content, the product offers extreme reliability, hours of content storage and supports a variety of video, graphical and audio formats, including WMV HD, AVI, MPEG 1, 2 - 4, Divx, VOB, PNG, JPG, GIF, Microsoft® Silverlight™ and Adobe® Flash®.
NEOCAST® Media Player Z also incorporates a flexible zone system for partitioning content within a display screen, is fully networked, supports landscape and portrait modes, and includes a sleep mode function for a wide range of displays without requiring an extra RS232 serial connector. RS232 power and volume control of displays is also available.
The digital signage software that powers the NEOCAST® Media Player Z comes pre-installed, is easily updated via the NEOCAST® Media Server software, supports Windows Embedded Standard and Linux, and can be ported to a properly specified hardware configuration of your choice. This latter option allows network operators to source their own hardware while still taking advantage of the flexibility, scalability and reliability of NEOCAST® digital signage software products.
