The NEOCAST® Media Player K2 is the latest high powered, fanless digital signage media player from Real Digital Media. Designed solely to store and play digital signage content, the product offers extreme reliability, hours of content storage and supports a variety of video, graphical and audio formats, including WMV, AVI, MPEG 1, 2 - 4, Divx, VOB, PNG, JPG, GIF, Microsoft® Silverlight™ and Adobe® Flash®.
NEOCAST® Media Player K2 incorporates a flexible zone system for partitioning content within a display screen, is fully networked, supports landscape and portrait modes, and includes a sleep mode function for a wide range of displays without requiring an RS232 serial connector. RS232 power and volume control of displays is also available.
The digital signage software that powers the NEOCAST® Media Player K2 comes pre-installed, is easily updated via the NEOCAST® Media Server software, supports Windows Embedded Standard and Linux, and can be ported to a properly specified hardware configuration of your choice. This latter option allows network operators to source their own hardware while still taking advantage of the flexibility, scalability and reliability of NEOCAST® digital signage software products.
